I was looking for a contractor to help me restore my home after severe water damage ruined the flooring, ceiling and walls in several rooms. Jay and his team communicated consistently and clearly throughout the entire process. From them assessing the damage, to searching for the correct materials, to performing the work, I always knew what next steps were. Not only did they stay almost completely on the original budget, they stayed very close to the quoted time frame of completing the project. They were also very responsive on the rare occasions that I asked them to re-do certain parts of their work (e.g., paint touchups). They not only stepped in and beautifully finished a project that a shady contractor took our $$ and ran, they perfectly, and in record time, finished our entire project when we decided to just go ahead and finish all phases and just be done.
